Speckle Park

Our herd is comprised of Speckle Park cattle. A breed created and developed in the western provinces of Saskatchewan and Alberta.  Speckles are a mix of three breeds, Aberdeen Angus, Teeswater Shorthorn and White Park. This selective breeding really shines through with the their ability to not only survive, but thrive in our Canadian climate. Speckles are notably known for their well marbled meat with minimal fat coverage.
