Tenderloin

The tenderloin is typically packaged as two medallions. From the filet mignon, just a smaller cut. Thanks to their smaller size, these medallions are versatile and cook quickly. Toss them on the grill or in a cast iron skillet for a mouthwatering, yet quick, meal. Great on its own or try as a kaboob, stir fry or on your favourite salad with a balsamic dressing. Delicious!
